For the owner or manager of a commercial building, Criterium is one of the primary providers for recent Federal Stimulus related energy and engineering assessments. Our Green Retrofit Property Condition Assessments (GRPCAs) can provide a detailed evaluation of a property, and identify where there are opportunities for energy savings and greening. We have completed numerous assessments like this for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as part of the Recovery Act. Our energy specialists can develop computer models of your property, and estimate the savings which can be realized through installation of more efficient windows, doors, additional insulation, water saving appliances and lighting.
