As an organization, Criterium Engineers has a proven track record in completion of HUD due diligence assignments under the HUD-MAP lending program. Criterium-RAM currently provides “bundled” due diligence services to a variety of national lenders, and is well qualified to complete both PCNA and ESA reports for multi-family properties throughout the country. We can assist in completion of HUD Forms 4128 and 92264 and offer general consulting services in support of a lender’s underwriting process.

In the event that additional investigation of older properties is required, due to the presence of leadbased paint or asbestos, Criterium-RAM can effectively manage this work. We have completed numerous surveys for hazardous building materials and can ensure that all work is completed in accordance with HUD guidelines - with certified inspectors. Criterium-RAM also has extensive experience with HUD’s Office of Affordable Housing Preservation (OAHP), in completing GRPCAs and Energy Audits for Section 8 Subsidized Housing projects.
